MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
Thank you for starting the membership process.
Don’t forget to send the following information to admin@alfirechaplains.org
- Appointment letter from Fire Chief on Department Letterhead acknowledging your role as chaplain, if currently appointed.
- A letter of endorsement from Pastor or Church Leadership who knows you and your local ministry.
- Copy of any applicable ordination/training certificates.
- Copy of your driver’s license.
- Current photo of yourself.
Pay annual membership dues of $100 via check to AFFC by mail or Venmo at https://account.venmo.com/u/AlabamaFireChaplains
